What is the main way that citizens find government

What is the main way that citizens find government information online?

- Search engines are the most common method of finding government information on the Internet (41%), followed directly by going to the government department website (23%). 10% guessed the web address.

- Younger New Zealanders are more likely to use search engines then others - under 20 (60%), 20-29 years (52%) with older users more likely to go directly to the department website - 40-49 years (32%); 50-59 years (34%). Females were more likely to guess the web address (13%).

- There were no other significant differences between methods.
