Potential E-government Activities

The range of issues presented in this paper - the environmental factors, the current government activity and the barriers/enablers associated with technology - have informed the proposed e-government activities that contribute to improving public and business' participation in government. These proposals will be addressed in another paper entitled, "Participation through e-government - proposed activities", to be published by June 2005.
